Post-traumatic stress disorder

 Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD) are both mental health conditions that can develop after experiencing a traumatic event or series of events.  PTSD is often associated with one traumatic event, while complex trauma could be connected to repeated events.
